Nomophobia??

根据专家对于这个字的定义:“a proposed name for the phobia (intense, irrational fear) of being out of mobile phone contact. It is, however, arguable that the word “phobia” is misused and that in the majority of cases it is another form of anxiety disorder.”

Determine your level by answering each of the following questions on a scale from one to seven, where one (1) is “strongly disagree” and seven (7) is “strongly agree”. Score yourself by adding up the numbers: the higher the number, the more severe your nomophobia.
